1-9 pm: Padlock Ranch Tour with dinner on the ranch

Tuesday June 2:

  • Application of Economic Theory
  • Case Study of Example Ranches
  • Understanding what the numbers mean

Afternoon: Padlock Ranch – Time with the management team

Wednesday June 3:
8 am to noon:

  • Why Grazing Management Matters
  • Soil then Plants, then Animals
  • Marketing through a new lens

Afternoon: Tour of a well-managed grazing operation

Evening: Celebration Dinner – Discussion of ranch succession issues

Thursday June 4:

  • Putting it all together
  • Strategic Planning and Action Plans
