COVID-19 Updates

We continue to be concerned about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and are also passionate about serving our clients. While this is a rapidly evolving situation, please be assured we are taking the necessary steps to protect and service everyone during this concerning time. We are going forward with all planned Ranching for Profit School and will be making arrangements with each host facility to allow our clients who desire more social distancing options. 

We know these are uncertain times in all of business including agriculture. However, within volatility there will be opportunities. Now, more than ever is the time to up your game on business management and have the confidence to act. We hope we can be a part of your planning in the coming year.

Upcoming RFP Schools

 

If you have symptoms of a flu-like illness and need to postpone your registration to an upcoming school, please contact us. Your registration deposit is fully transferable to a different school in the next 13 months. We also encourage anyone who feels uncomfortable traveling during this time to choose this option. 

Please keep yourself and your family safe during this time. We encourage you to review the CDC’s recommendations for how to prevent COVID-19. Refer to the CDC’s resources about COVID-19 for the most up-to-date announcements and information about the virus.

 

With the recently enacted guidance by the President and the order by the Governor of Oklahoma it is obvious that we will need to postpone the upcoming Oklahoma City Ranching for Profit School scheduled for May 3-9, 2020 to a later time in hopes that the virus will have subsided.

We have rescheduled the school for August 9-15, 2020 at the same location the Holiday Inn OKC Airport in Oklahoma City.  We understand that this reschedule may mean that some of you are not able to attend due to other commitments.  With that in mind we are making our cancellation/refund polity more flexible.  Here is our plan:

  • We will automatically transfer your deposit and any other payments you have made to the rescheduled Oklahoma City RFP school so you retain your confirmed spot in the school.  If you decide you are not able to attend, we ask that you contact as soon as possible as we currently have a waiting list of people for the Oklahoma City school that we could possibly accommodate.
  • If you want a full refund, please contact our office by April 30th to make that request and we will fully refund any deposit and other payments you have made on the school.
  • After April 30th, decisions to not attend will be subject to our normal cancellation policy where deposits are able to be transferred to any RFP school within the 13 months after the date of the planned school as long as we are notified at least 7 days prior to the start of the school.

Any reservations at the Holiday Inn OKC Airport that were made as part of the RFP block have been moved to the new dates.  If you decide to cancel, please contact the hotel by calling 405-601-7272 and canceling your room reservations.
